Google announced the Pixel 11 Pro Fold on August 12, 2026, with pre-orders opening the same day and shelves stocked from August 20. It is Google’s fourth foldable, and it brings the new Tensor G6 chip, 16GB of RAM, a thinner and lighter body, brighter screens, and a tougher design that Google says is three times more durable than last year’s phone. Here is what is actually new, the full specs as Google lists them, and what it costs around the world.
Key Takeaways
- Tensor G6: the new Google chip comes with 16GB of RAM and the Titan M3 security chip.
- Brighter screens: a 6.5-inch outer display and an 8-inch inner display, both rated up to 3,600 nits peak (Google says 20% brighter than last year).
- Thinner and lighter: 239 g, which is about 10% lighter and about 1 mm thinner than the Pixel 10 Pro Fold.
- Durability: IP68 dust and water resistance, and a ceramic outer glass. Google says it is three times more durable than last year’s phone, based on its own testing.
- Telephoto camera: a 10.8MP 5x lens with up to 30x Super Zoom, up from 20x on the Pixel 10 Pro Fold.
- Price: starts at CA$2,499 in Canada, £1,799 in the UK and €1,999 in Germany on Google’s stores.
What Is Actually New
1. Tensor G6 and 16GB of RAM
The Pixel 11 Pro Fold runs on the Google Tensor G6, paired with the Titan M3 security chip and 16GB of RAM on every storage option. It launches with Android 17 and Google promises seven years of OS, security and Pixel Drop updates. Google has not published benchmark numbers on its spec page, so wait for independent tests before judging speed.
2. A tougher and lighter foldable
Google says the phone is about 10% lighter and about 1 mm thinner than the Pixel 10 Pro Fold. The outer screen now uses a ceramic cover glass, and the back is a glass fiber composite. A gearless hinge protects the inner display, and a larger bend radius with thicker inner glass is meant to improve how the crease looks. Google says the phone is three times more durable than last year’s, based on internal testing of pre-production devices. It keeps the IP68 rating, but Google notes that this rating is not permanent and the phone is not drop-proof.
3. Brighter displays
Both screens reach up to 3,600 nits peak brightness, which Google says is 20% brighter than last year. The outer screen is a 6.5-inch Super Actua OLED and the inner screen is an 8-inch Super Actua Flex OLED. Both run from 1Hz to 120Hz.
4. Camera changes
The main camera is a 48MP sensor with a larger 1/1.56-inch size, and Google says it gains 56% better light sensitivity for night shots. The 10.8MP telephoto gives 5x optical zoom and up to 30x Super Zoom. New camera features include Magic Capture and Camera Looks.
5. New software features
HiLight uses LEDs around the camera flash to show colored glows, for example for calls from favorite contacts. Sign-to-text can translate American Sign Language captured by the front camera into text on the outer display. Multitasking features such as Split Screen, Drag and Drop and Instant View carry over, and Bubbles are optimized for the foldable.
6. Faster wireless charging
The phone supports Pixelsnap wireless charging that is Qi2.2 certified, at up to 25W. Google says that is 20% faster than the last generation. Wired charging reaches 50% in about 30 minutes with a 30W USB-C PPS charger or better, sold separately.

Pixel 11 Pro Fold Price Around the World
These are the starting prices shown on Google’s own store pages when we checked on October 18, 2026. Google’s pages show one “from” price rather than a price for each storage size, so we list only that starting price and have not guessed the 512GB and 1TB prices. Prices in most countries include local tax, and US prices do not include sales tax.
| Country | Currency | Starting price |
|---|---|---|
| United Kingdom | GBP | £1,799 |
| Germany (Eurozone) | EUR | €1,999 |
| Canada | CAD | C$2,499 |
| Australia | AUD | A$2,799 |
| India | INR | ₹186,999 (listed for the 512GB model) |
| Japan | JPY | ¥279,900 |
The US Google Store page showed two conflicting figures when we checked, one of them tied to a trade-in offer, so we have not printed a US price here. Check the store for the current list price. We could not verify the phone’s sale in the UAE, so that row is left out.
Pixel 11 Pro Fold Price in Pakistan
Google does not officially sell Pixel phones in Pakistan, so there is no official Pakistani price or local Google warranty. Units are imported by third-party sellers, and prices vary from seller to seller and with the exchange rate. The phone must also be PTA registered before it can be used on a Pakistani cellular network. Ask the seller about PTA status, the warranty they offer, and whether the phone is the right regional model before you pay.
Should You Buy It?
Buy it if you want a large 8-inch inner screen, a lighter foldable, a 5x telephoto camera with longer zoom, and seven years of updates. It also suits you if you are coming from the original Pixel Fold or the Pixel 9 Pro Fold.
Skip it if you already own a Pixel 10 Pro Fold. The size, RAM, storage options and IP68 rating are the same, and the gains are a newer chip, brighter screens, a lighter body, faster wireless charging and longer zoom. Also think twice if you live in Pakistan, because there is no official sale or local warranty.
